The Global Assistant Online (the “School”) is a registered business of 60ZONE Pty Ltd based in Sydney, Australia (the “Company”). The Global Assistant Online uses Teachable.com as a third-party platform (the “Platform”) to provide online fee-based and free courses and coaching programs (the “Products and Services”). Your use of the School and purchase of any Products and Services available on the Platform are governed by the following Terms of Use.

1.1 By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. In purchasing any product or service you agree you are liable for and agree to indemnify and hold the Company, their representatives and related businesses harmless for and against any and all claims, liabilities, actions and expenses which may result either directly or indirectly from a breach of these Terms, use or misuse of the products and services or in connection with any of the Products and Services.
4.4 The Company, their representatives and registered businesses cannot be held responsible for how, where or the manner in which you implement any of the recommendations or learnings included as part of the Products and Services.
